Your first steps:
- Review the 2026-27 Classroom Rep Responsibilities
- Complete the Classroom Rep Agreement Form, if you haven’t already
- Connect with your classroom teacher
- Collect the parent contact forms that have been returned to your teacher and create your classroom family communication list – send to [email protected] as soon as possible
- Bookmark this page! You’ll use it throughout the year.

Below are some templates and links for you to use in your classroom communications – this section will update periodically throughout the year so that you can continue to keep your classroom in the know.

Looking for inspiration? Check out this great example from a fellow Classroom Rep! Feel free to borrow ideas, but remember, this is inspiration, not an expectation. Keep your classroom communications as simple or creative as they work for you.
Movie Night
Friday, September 11th, and concessions will benefit 5th grade camp.
Harvest Festival
Saturday, October 10th. Volunteers are needed for all shifts. If we don’t get enough volunteers, we will have to cancel the event. You can also encourage your families to skip the line and pre-order their tickets.
Red Ribbon Week (Spirit Days)
October 21-31. The themes are TBD.
Teacher Appreciation Week
May 3-7. More information will come later in the year.
Yearbook Photos
Due by Friday, December 18, 2026. Use this link to add photos to your own class drive until that date.
